What happened in June

Maui’s housing market showed improved activity in June. Single-family home sales rose to 76 transactions, while the median sold price remained steady at $1,356,975.

Condominium sales also strengthened to 87 transactions, with a median sold price of $625,000. However, buyers remained deliberate, with condo median days on market increasing to 149 days, the longest since June 2014.

Toward the end of the month, new escrows increased significantly and pending sales moved higher, reinforcing that well-priced properties are still attracting buyers.
